Swiss Steak

Beef (cubed)
Flour
Salt and Pepper
3 tbsp oil
1 can lg whole tomatoes
1 onion (chopped)
Mushrooms
Green pepper (chopped)
Coat beef with flour and salt and pepper. Brown in oil. Add tomatoes, onions, mushrooms, and pepper. Cook slowly (two hours). Add tomato juice if necessary.
