Spaghetti Sauce

1 lb hamburger
1 lg onion (copped
1 green pepper (chopped
10 fresh mushrooms
3 garlic cloves (minced
1/8 tsp hot cayenne pepper
1 lg can whole tomatoes
1 can tomato sauce
1 bay leaf
½ tsp oregano
¼ cup red wine

Directions:
Brown meat and drain. Sauté onions, peppers, garlic, and mushrooms. Add rest of ingredients and simmer for 2 hours. Serve over spaghetti.
