Cheese Fondue

Mix in a saucepan, heat and stir:
1 ½ lbs grated Swiss cheese.
2 cups of dry white wine
1/3 cup Kirsch
1 ½ tsp. cornstarc

Transfer to fondue pot.
Dip squares of crisp French bread.
